1. full contact information, such as contact personal,address,phone number,location.....etc.

2. when you make your inquiry, trust supplier will give you full information, such as product specification and packing details and price list with pictures.

3. when you want to order some samples or order, they will care products details which you want more than the payment term.

4. trust supplier will give you many advise for goods and shipping details,and they will try to keep you happy for your repeat orders.

At what point does online retail become profitable?

I have an online clothing retail store in the works at the moment. I am not taking any loans to begin with. Its pretty just my own cash and some family and freinds investing in me as of now. My plan is to have a supply of items built up before I start puting anything up for sale. and restock as needing according to demand.

Of course popularity in my site and gaining customers depends on this. But I am really confident in my social and amateur marketing skills. My investors, if thats what I should call them, are aware that this is a gamble. That I cannot promise them their money back in the immediate future. That if all else fails I will at least not have a loan to pay back. If nessesary I will just liquidate my inventory to repay them.

But from anyone with experience in close to the same buisness. How long was it before you felt as if your effort was paying you back?

How I can start my small business in unites states? I just moved to here from China.

The ONE big wrong assumption in your business plan?

Hi, all.

In the past few months I have been working with a friend's small start-up, hardgoods business (selling something tangible). The company, my buddy and another guy, asked me to give them an assessment of their business plan and provide any marketing insight I could because neither of them are marketing or sales guys - one engineer and a statistics major.

Well, there were so many issues with the business plan that I've been able to write a lot about it on the blog I run. Some of the biggies were mis-calling pricing, failure to account for distribution expenses (actually, no distribution plan in the buiness plan), undercalling sales and marketing expenses; to name a few.

But it got me thinking, what are some of the ONE big wrong assumptions you or your teams have made at the start of your business (or in your business plans)? Are there good things to learn from those big oversights?

Let me first say, I just joined but I must say I am impressed by the topic and details discussed in these forums. As it stands I am considering starting another IT solutions firm but have concerns in this struggling economy. My background is-I have done it all. I built, retooled, sold, done turnarounds, rebranded and relaunched a few public and private firms. I have help financial firms outsource everything but the kitchen sink to India, Russia, Philippines, etc. Sad to say, I was one of the first guy to help banks outsource to India to help with globalization. Seeing how outsourcing got out of hand I now want to bring it back.

Now with that said, I am looking to try to start a new effort which is using my contacts at C level at bank to redirect IT application development to NEW development centers where I want to build in Bridgeport/CT and one in NY(location undecided). Most of my co-workers are still deep in bed and making money doing the outsourcing so my sounding boards+partners in that space are fighting me on the idea. Currently I am looking for suggestions, funding, alliances, etc that could help with this cause. Most of my C level contacts at banks are happy to create America jobs and maybe get a tax break from helping to create American jobs which would most likely build better system and have better security measures.

I appreciate any thoughts from you all.

Hello, I have been looking into starting my own heath care agency but one question that loomed is how does it take to get surveyed to get certified? I don't have much start up money only like 10k but if i have to hire a bunch of cna's for more than a month i will be outta buiness quick. I am starting out of my home and live in Va if that helps any. Also alot of people say you should go to hospitals and clinics to kinda partner with them but what does that mean? Who do i go to talk to and what do i give them? I know i just go hand doctors my business cards do i ?

My wife and I have an internet based business that sells home and garden accessories as well as some other specialty seasonal items. We are based out of our home and have been in business for over 4 years and continue to grow with more merchandise and different types of merchandise. We promote our business via Facebook and my website and do large portions of our sales at large Junior League shows and craft shows and such, which in turn, spurs more sales to our website. Since this is actually 'my' business, I stay at home and my wife has the 'real' job. Therefore I do the traveling on my own - loading and unloading, setting up and tearing down large booths which has hundreds of pieces of merchandise. I do get help from my parents, inlaws and close friends. We receive constant questions at shows and via our Facebook page, etc. regarding a storefront and we have had people come to our house to buy product - scary. Since we have grown so large (we have no garage, dining room and have lost two bedrooms to our merchandise), we have discussed getting a truck with a ramp, which would require a loan. If we are going to get a loan for a truck, why not get a loan for a small storefront? I have begun looking at storefronts and found a few that are within our price range, and that are in our downtown area that currently houses many small businesses - none of which has anything like I sell. I have spoken with many of the tenants and they are very welcoming and would love to have a new tenant in the square - and to have only 3 vacancies is rather rare really. I guess my question is should I go forth and follow my dream of having a storefront? If so, I need to get a loan, which is where I see the problem coming up. Since my business is SO seasonal right now - since I only do shows during peak season - Spring, Summer, Fall, and Holiday, my sales - i.e. bank accound reflects that. We do run a profit, but then a large part of the profit goes back into inventory. I think I could have continued sales with a storefront and still be able to do my shows - to continue to drive the internet sales. I don't know where to begin, I just know that we can really continue like we are now. Advice please?

Opening a used car lot in Minnesota. We're going to be small, about 15 cars, tops. Utilizing hwy frontage alongside an auto body repair shop. I'm getting overwhelmed with software choices. I need cheap, but efficient. I want to use it to explode a vin, enter customer data and have it fill in my sales forms, if possible, with calculations. Would be nice to get auto values, would be nice to have some lender platform, and I'd like to post to Craig's List and Ebay motors, to name a few. I'm not sure if I'm asking for Lexus and want to pay for a Kia! I've looked at Finance Express, AutoRaptor, Frazer, Lot Wizard... I need something to get started; any, and all, advice/recommendations are welcome!

I would first like to thank you for reading this post and helping me deside which is the best route for my company. I own Trower Hosting Service Provider, LLC. and we our partners with InitialOne, LLC. We provide Managed VPS, Managed Dedicated Servers, and also Colocation. I resell Colocation, and the Dedicated Servers. I am wanting to open up a data center and I am wondering what is the best route to take in doing so. I have some cash flow to help go along but not enough to get the data center built and operation ready. I am looking for the cheapest and easies route but good quality. I don't know if I should either purchase a building that is already in place and set up for a data center? Also what is the best way to get a good size loan to keep it running for 6 months to 1 year? I have looked at a few locations to set up a data center. Possible either Central Arkansas. Dallas, Texas, or pennsylvania. Also should i lease or purchase all my equipement? I do have experience in the Data Center Industry as a Linux Administrator. I have RHCA and Network Administrator Degree. What kind of loan should I go for? The economy is so bad is it even worth it?
