veteran coop farm needs funding

We're expanding a successful concept for treating the stress of war and long deployments, PTSD and combat operational stress - starting with a decompression zone and then jobs and education support. www.CGOF.org. Need help structuring funding. All I have left is an annuitized annuity... Can I use that for partial funding? Who, how etc.

i am a SCORE Counselor and SCORE suggests you start with a business plan.

  Love SCORE. Have utilized their services in the past. For the farm I have an competent business plan for the farm side and one for the veteran services side. Having it is not bring in the funds however. I could use help in getting it into productive hands.
