Some of the basics you need to begin with are:

 

1. Whom are you trying to reach?

 

2. What do you have to offer them that serves their needs better than other options available to them?

 

3. Where do they typically go to research, find, and who influences them to choose these services?

 

You must be able to create a clear, concise, definitive answer to these questions before you move forward with any marketing campaigns.

 

Once you do, you can move forward with creating a multimedia marketing. Don't stick to a one-dimensional approach.
