I'm looking to start a small business in staffing. I want to provide temporary workers to different companies... do I have to pay unemployment Taxes? Provide workers comp? or should I do a 1099 contract versus the w-2. I'm looking for advice, please educate me on this.
I also found a company that can fund my payroll, do the payroll taxes and hopefully my billing. Anyone has experience with tempworks.com..any feedback? Thanks so much!

Where are you located?? and how soon do you plan on starting??
My best advice is get yourself an accountant.
What ever the accountant costs you now, you will SAVE a lot more later.
